Why we will still be training lean experts in 2030?

Because the fundamentals of efficient collaboration don’t change:

• Workshops must be conducted successfully,
• Methods for problem solving must be taught and practiced,
• Social processes have to be designed,
• Employees must be further developed via feedback,
• Communication must be reflected upon.

So why not start already on March 21-25, 2022?
