In our webinars you experience presentations from lecturers together with other participants live on the screen at a fixed time. As in a classroom seminar, you also have the opportunity to ask questions. This means that you can gain a professional overview
of a topic even before attending a seminar or at the beginning of a course. By the way – many of our webinars are free of charge. Try it out – it’s easy to use, and the added value is enormous!

In compact learning modules you acquire lean knowledge, refresh it or expand it. You can skip learning modules that you already know and have mastered and repeat learning-intensive modules as often as you like. In our webinars you meet with lecturers and other participants at a fixed time in a virtual seminar room on the internet. Experience lecturer’s presentations with audio and video live on screen. Of course, interaction and exchange among participants are also of great importance here and you can ask lecturers questions as in a classic face-to-face seminar: Either via chat window or directly via your headset.
Enjoy the new freedom of location-independent learning. Many of the webinars we offer are free of charge. Our web-based training on “Lean Management Basics” consists of a short intro video, 5 content modules of different lengths and a final test (learning time approx. 100 minutes).
It is aimed both at specialists and executives who wish to acquire or refresh basic Lean Management knowledge.
In order to offer you even more flexibility, you can work through our WBT on Lean Management basics independently and online from your own computer, regardless of location and time, before our on-site seminars and thus acquire or refresh basic lean knowledge required for some seminars (e.g. Level 2 Lean Experts and Lean Trainer Training).
Since the principles of Lean Management are explained using an abstract example, web-based training is suitable for employees both from indirect areas and production. This avoids repeat loops in classroom seminars and guarantees effective learning. In this way, practice transfer and professional interaction are the main focus of the seminar.
Of course, you can book our WBT in addition to the Lean Management Basics for all seminar topics or as part of in-house qualifications. An booking separate from a seminar booking is also possible.
