3-phase training program

Stage 1: Leadership / Improvement

Lean Management and Leadership for Executives

Strong leadership skills must be a cornerstone in the standard repertoire of top managers – especially in times of uncertainty, but also of great opportunities. Learning to effectively lead your organization and bring it forward is the focus of this training level.

Duration: 2 days

Location: Köngen or Cologne

Stage 2: Change Management

Change Management

Adaptability is the decisive factor for success. We give you the necessary knowledge and tools to plan and implement changes on your own.

Duration: 1.5 DAYS of in-class training – 60 MIN. Online in-depth training as a group – 60 MIN. 1:1 coaching session with one of the trainers (online or by phone)

Location: Köngen

Stage 3: Digitalization and Agility

Agile Working and Leading (2 days)

The main focus is on the topics of the future – “digitization” and “agility.” On an equal footing, discuss how to make your company fit for the digital transformation or what opportunities “agile” leadership approaches offer to increase your competitiveness.

Duration: 2 – 4 days

Location: Stuttgart and Köngen

For whom?

This training program is designed for CEOs and senior executive (1st and 2nd tier). It focuses on all managers who want to take a global approach to developing themselves and their skills as well as successfully leading their company through transformation.

If all 3 levels are booked as a package, the training costs amount to a total of EUR 4,390 plus VAT, including the certificate. If both modules of level 3 are booked, the training costs amount to EUR 5,590 plus VAT.
