When you decide to join our team at Staufen.Inova as a consultant, we have quite a few opportunities that might interest you, which depend on your professional experience, industry competence, technical knowledge and professional goals. Ideally, you are already an expert in one of our core sectors: MEM, Medtech, construction sub-industry or food. Because we advise our clients across all areas, we assign you as a consultant to the areas where your strengths and competencies lie. 

Ideally, you will bring the following expertise to the table if you already have professional experience in consulting: Experience in implementing change projects, in project management, acquiring and initiating consulting projects, perhaps leadership experience as well, familiarity with consulting and training/ coaching, confident and proficient communication skills in English, German and other languages. Practical experience in Supply Chain Management, Lean Management are also preferable. Because of our international focus, being able to deal confidently with different cultures is also important. 

Which consulting role is right for you?

Successfully completed degree (in a technical or business administration field). Initial practical experience, e. g. completed internship or having worked in corporate consulting. Analyzes data and creates basic information. Processes work packages that he/she has coordinated unsupervised. 

Professional experience 2 – 4 years. Manages and is responsible for his/her own sub-projects. Supports consultants in project processing.

Professional experience: 5 years or more. Experience in implementing change projects or as consultant and/or project manager. Manages and is responsible for projects. Manages his/her own project team. Develops consulting products, methods and tools.

Professional experience: at least 10 years. Develops client portfolios and strategically supports clients. Manages and is responsible for large strategic projects. Develops and qualifies staff members in projects. Has authority to issue directives to staff members in the project. Manages his/her own project team with information, motivation, delegation, development and supervision.

Professional experience: at least 10 years. Further develops the business unit. Acquires new clients and projects. Manages and is responsible for strategic clients. Supervises large projects. Is mentor and coach for his/her team members / staff members. Customizes the client and project portfolio.
