Christian Schurr has been able to gather experiences in using lean methods by working in restructuring projects. Due to his training as LeanAgent at MTU, he has become an expert in lean topics. He was responsible, as coach and subproject manager, in several projects of the production system at L‘Orange. During his time as deputy head of the department Christian Schurr implemented shop floor management, whereby his cost center was managed on the basis of, inter alia, performance figures. With his team he built several U-cells and optimized the assembly to a lean flow production. Since 2017, Christian Schurr is a consultant in the production and logistics team at Staufen AG and since 2019 he is employed as a Project Manager.
