Staufen AG awarded in ten categories / Clients value the consulting firm’s industry knowledge and strategic expertise – Best Management Consultants 2022

Staufen AG has received the “Best Management Consultants 2022” award in ten categories as part of the renowned industry study by brand eins and Statista. The internationally active consulting company improved on the previous year’s result. Staufen is one of the top addresses in the automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, aerospace, transportation and food industries. The consultancy also made it into the top group in the consulting fields of strategy development, operations, restructuring, organization and supply chain management.

“Just like in sports, it is always more difficult to defend a title than to get it,” says Wilhelm Goschy, CEO of Staufen AG. “The fact that we received awards in even more categories this year makes us especially proud. Particularly since this award largely depends on the assessment of the customers surveyed.”

With the renewed honor as “Best Management Consultant,” Staufen AG has achieved this prestigious title for the ninth time in a row. The consulting firm, which was founded nearly 30 years ago as a Lean Management specialist, has long since established itself far beyond its original core industries, such as mechanical and plant engineering or automotive OEMs and their suppliers.

Lean Management and sustainability – the perfect combination

“Being recognized as proven experts in several consulting fields at once confirms our holistic approach,” says Staufen CEO Goschy. “Particularly as companies need to fundamentally reflect on climate protection and sustainability in light of the challenges they face. Structures, processes, but also the management culture as well as the qualification of employees create a need for action.”

The consequential change of mindset, ongoing claim of improvement as well as the consequent prevention of scrap and waste are basic principles of Lean Management.
