About the author
Guido Gratza is a graduate engineer in computer engineering and holds a degree in human resources development (M.A.). He is a trained systemic consultant and coach and works as a consultant and trainer at Staufen AG. For over a decade, he accompanied the lean management deployment and training for experts and managers at Mercedes-Benz AG (Car Group) and was jointly responsible for the successful establishment of Lean Management Inhouse Consulting. Most recently, he headed the Lean Management Training Center before moving to Staufen AG as Head of Human Resources & Operations Service.
There, Guido Gratza was initially responsible for setting up the HR department of the management consultancy with a focus on recruiting, administration, feedback culture, potential assessment and personnel development. Today, as a lean management coach and executive leader trainer, he supports clients from a wide range of industries worldwide and effectively contributes his expertise in personnel development and lean management.
